Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking your adventure with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and booking a tour with Banjara On Road ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Bookings & Payments
To secure a reservation, the following payment schedule applies:
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (amount varies by tour) is required to confirm your seat.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the trip start date.
- Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Our standard refund policy is as follows (unless specified otherwise in specific tour packages):
- 55+ days before departure: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
- 45-55 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 35-45 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 25 days before departure: No refund.
Note: Refunds are processed as credit notes or bank transfers within 7 working days.
4. Travel Documents & Permits
It is the traveler's responsibility to possess valid identification and travel documents.
- Domestic Travelers: Valid Government ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or DL).
- International Travelers: Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity and a valid Indian Visa.
- Permits (ILP/PAP): We assist in procuring Inner Line Permits (ILP) for restricted states (Arunachal, Nagaland, Mizoram). You must provide accurate details and photos on time. We are not liable for rejections due to incorrect documents.
5. Code of Conduct
We operate in culturally sensitive regions. Travelers are expected to respect local customs, tribes, and the environment. We reserve the right to terminate the tour for any participant who engages in illegal activities, offensive behavior, or endangers the group, without any refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Banjara On Road acts as a travel facilitator. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage to personal property resulting from natural calamities (landslides, floods), strikes, flight cancellations, or negligence of third-party service providers (hotels, transporters). Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
